JOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN PHYSICS




The article, based on mathematical model of the space and particles revealed in "Theory of Space" (Sobolewski D. S., Theory of Space, 2016) (Sobolewski D. S., Theory of Space, 2017) and the description of the propagation of photons stated in publication entitled “Geometry of the Dark Matter and Preliminary Analysis of Alpha and Beta Photons’ Properties Based on Theory of Space” (Sobolewski, Sobolewski i Sobolewski, 2017), describes transverse waves propagating in space, including gravitational, fluctuating and matter waves. In particular, it focuses on waves of matter in which orientation of the spatial channels, connecting four-dimensional boundary hypersurfaces 𝛽ℵ𝛽 and 𝛼ℵ𝛼, had been stabilised. For this type of the wave of matter the minimum energy value for deformation of boundary hypersurfaces of the matter waves 𝐸𝑆𝑚𝑖𝑛(𝑣) has been appointed, which is smaller by several orders of magnitude than energy needed to change the orientation of vertical disturbances of space which connect four-dimensional boundary hypersurfaces 𝛽ℵ𝛽 and 𝛼ℵ𝛼. The obtained results were used to introduce a new classification of rocket engines and to provide examples of their implementation. Furthermore, the article demonstrates first attempts to construct a rocket engine of the new type, including description of the principle of operation of the engine, which is subject of patent application entitled "HTS Photonic Rocket Engine" (Poland Patent nr P. 421517, 2017), as well as presents an example of spacecraft shell implementation, which enables stabilisation of orientation of its spatial channels. The Article thus reveals new perspectives for interplanetary travel through significant increase in spacecraft velocities, while simultaneously reducing the energy required to achieve them. In addition, the article describes interaction of photons γβ with the boundary hypersurface 𝛽ℵ𝛽, while determining the change in photon frequency depending on its curvature 𝜈/𝜈0(𝜅).

Notably, these challenges appear to affect domestic, Polish‑owned companies, while foreign entities operating in the same market do not encounter comparable barriers. This disparity has created an environment in which local innovators cannot function with the stability and legal certainty required for long‑term growth.


Relocating HTS to a new jurisdiction will allow the company to:

• operate within a predictable and innovation friendly legal framework,

• ensure stronger protection of intellectual property and research outputs,

• restore conditions necessary for independent scientific and technological development,

• and strengthen cooperation with international partners and investors.


The destination country will be announced once all formal procedures are completed.

Statement and Request for Payment

In view of the long standing and cumulative violations of international law, including general principles of Roman law and universally recognized human rights standards, I hereby formally call upon the governments of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Swiss Confederation, and the Republic of Poland to remit the compensation to which I am lawfully entitled. These violations concern, inter alia:

• the denial of access to an effective remedy,

• the obstruction of my right to a fair trial,

• the failure to ensure protection of my intellectual property,

• the sustained interference with my ability to conduct scientific and research work.


Latest Payment Requests

• 18 December 2025 - Payment request addressed to the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany and the President of the Swiss Confederation.

• 4 September 2025 - Payment request addressed to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Poland.

All above mentioned submissions were duly delivered and form part of the documented record of this matter.


Registration of the Case with the United Nations

My communications concerning these violations have been formally submitted to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) at the United Nations Office at Geneva. These submissions, delivered between 2017 and 2026, constitute a complete and traceable record of the case and have been registered within the OHCHR correspondence system. To date, no reply, clarification, or denial of liability has been issued by any addressed authority.


Prohibition on the Use of Intellectual Property

Given the prolonged and deliberate failure of the above mentioned States to provide any form of legal protection or institutional response, and in accordance with the principles governing the protection of intellectual property and personal rights, I hereby declare that:

The governmental structures of Germany, Switzerland, and Poland are prohibited from using, exploiting, or deriving benefit from any part of my scientific, technological, or intellectual work.

This prohibition remains in force until full compensation is paid and the violations described above are remedied in accordance with international law.
