Statement and Request for Payment
In view of the long standing and cumulative violations of international law, including general principles of Roman law and universally recognized human rights standards, I hereby formally call upon the governments of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Swiss Confederation, and the Republic of Poland to remit the compensation to which I am lawfully entitled.
These violations concern, inter alia:
• the denial of access to an effective remedy,
• the obstruction of my right to a fair trial,
• the failure to ensure protection of my intellectual property,
• the sustained interference with my ability to conduct scientific and research work.
Latest Payment Requests
• 18 December 2025 - Payment request addressed to the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany and the President of the Swiss Confederation.
• 4 September 2025 - Payment request addressed to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Poland.
All above mentioned submissions were duly delivered and form part of the documented record of this matter.
Registration of the Case with the United Nations
My communications concerning these violations have been formally submitted to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) at the United Nations Office at Geneva. These submissions, delivered between 2017 and 2026, constitute a complete and traceable record of the case and have been registered within the OHCHR correspondence system. To date, no reply, clarification, or denial of liability has been issued by any addressed authority.
Prohibition on the Use of Intellectual Property
Given the prolonged and deliberate failure of the above mentioned States to provide any form of legal protection or institutional response, and in accordance with the principles governing the protection of intellectual property and personal rights, I hereby declare that:
The governmental structures of Germany, Switzerland, and Poland are prohibited from using, exploiting, or deriving benefit from any part of my scientific, technological, or intellectual work.
This prohibition remains in force until full compensation is paid and the violations described above are remedied in accordance with international law.
